Sugar-free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
2 1/4 3 cups almond flour
2/3 cup Stevia
55 g cream cheese (softened)
1 cup salted butter (softened)
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp xantham gum
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
Beat together butter, coconut oil, sweetener, and cream cheese. Add vanilla and eggs.
Mix flour, baking soda, xantham gum, and salt into mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for about an hour.
Roll into balls and bake for approximately 13 minutes or until slightly browned.
