Mirror Glaze Chocolate Cake

In the past few months, I have looked at A LOT of videos and techniques on how to make a mirror glaze cake. These cakes are really a work of art! There are a few different techniques in order to make the glaze, some of which use condensed milk. I have tried it and I personnally didn't like it as much because I thought the glaze wasn't as shiny and the condensed milk makes it too sweet for my taste.
