Lemon Mousse
I have been on a mission to mastering the art of French Macarons for the past few months. Considering one of the main ingredients in making macarons are egg whites, I am always left with (a lot of) egg yolks. Because I don't like the idea of throwing food away, I tried to find a way to use those egg yolks and make something good out of it. Well, this Lemon Mousse recipe is absolutely delicious! The lemon juice and zest make it so tasty and refreshing...I might decide to make macarons just to have left over egg yolks to make this!
